Very comfy bed in a double room with central heating, flat screen TV with cable channels, and a refrigerator.

Unbelievably rude staff!

We stayed 1 night and it was an excellent fit. Location: the hotel was short walk to good restaurants as well as MBTA terminal. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The setting was not very good.

Staff were best and absolutely excellent at any hour!!

I stayed in the room that was updated with modern decor and available with a roll away bed as well as great view. The team provided a friendly service.

The location is great and close enough to the center of the city, airport for early am flight, and main attractions.

I had reasonably large and updated room here with the TV and free WiFi and the internal temperature. The setting was favourable and amazing, just off the Charles river as well as nearby stores. The most important was the staff - well experienced and knowledgeable people.

All good — we appreciated this classy hotel — the food was excellent and the staff were extremely accommodating. It was updated, bright and with good view. The location seemed marvellous and decent so close to everything. Ate at the attached restaurant for breakfast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Bright hotel, clean, EXPERIENCED staff and the beds were comfy. The location was beautiful and wonderful, relatively near a landscaped park. What's more, it was close enough to the Public Garden, Central Square, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, Museum of Science, Kenmore Square and Fenway Park, and Harvard Square and Prudential Towers.

Safe area, favourable and stunning location, just next door to surrounding areas as well as the city centre. Absolutely fabulous view at the city and regular sized and airy room.

A little small bathroom.

Amazing, beautiful location near the nearest subway or bus station and a comfortable getaway and a restaurant. Amazing building and rooms with basics.

The breakfast was warm with hot items and endless coffee, for instance, and the restaurant's offer was fab! Incredible service, though a few employees were very unprofessional.

Flawless, personable staff towards all guests. Marvellous location, within walking distance of Harvard University. Walking distance to convenience stores and a grocery store across the street.
